Digital Products
All sales of digital books, audiobooks, and downloadable content are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products except when required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases where delivery fails and we cannot resolve the issue.
Physical Products Overview
We generally aim to make returns and reimbursements simple and fair. Physical returns and reimbursements for merchandise and printed books are handled at our discretion and may be approved when appropriate.
Eligibility and Time Frame
- Return Window: You should contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or to report an issue.
- Condition: Items should be returned in the condition described in your request. We may refuse returns for items damaged by the customer or returned without authorization.
How to Request a Return
- Fill out the form at the bottom of this page, with the information and pictures requested.
- We will review the request and, if appropriate, issue a return authorization and instructions.
- Do not return items without authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Customer Responsibility: Unless we specify otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insured, traceable shipping for returns.
- Exceptions: If a return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover return shipping as determined by us.
Refunds and Reimbursements
- At Our Discretion: Refunds, replacements, or store credit for physical items are provided at our discretion after we inspect the returned item. We will generally approve reasonable requests but reserve the right to deny refunds when we suspect misuse, fraud, or abuse of the returns process.
- Timing: If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return results from our error or a confirmed defect.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please report defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Provide photos that clearly display the damage. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase unless we agree otherwise.
Cancellations
Orders for physical items may be cancelled before shipment. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once delivery has occurred.
